Last updated on MARCH 14, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 19.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When the transfer request is canceled in SIM, the status changes from "Requested" to "Rejected Request". SIM generates the SOSTATUSCRE Message integrates with RMFCS and updates the Transfer Qty to Zero. However, in RMFCS, the status is "Approved" which creates a discrepancy between SIM vs RMFCS win terms of status The expectation is to update the status to "Cancelled" in RMFCS. Ideally the transfer status should be updated as "D-Deleted: For SIM Initiated transfer, the transfer is created in "Approved" status in RMFCS. Once the SIM reject the transfer request in SIM , the transfer status is updated as "D-Deleted in SIM". The same behaviour should expected for RMFCS initiated transfer as well.
