ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a storage prefix is unregistered, it is still appearing when listFiles method is called
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a storage prefix is unregistered, it should not appearing when listFiles method is called
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a storage prefix which has files in it
2. Unregister the storage prefix
3. Storage prefix will be unregistered as you can see a value is deleted from listPrefixes request
4. But storage prefix is still showing when listFile operation is performed
5. When trying to download a file from unregistered storge prefix, error invalid prefix is thrown
