OCM Text Field - OIC Endpoint Error (Doc ID 3009976.1)

Symptoms

1. OCM had an integration with OIC that has been working correctly for years, last month a serious error it was detected in both the pre-production and production environments.

2. The system had no errors until October/November 2023.

3. When for example the asset type "Header" is accessed, the "Project Type" field obtains the information from:
 https://oic.yyyyyyy.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ic/builder/rt/ItdIntegrations/live/resources/data/ProjectType, but when button "Test configuration" is clicked the following message is displayed:
"Connection successful, but the service did not return any data", even if copied and pasted the URL in the browser it does return published values of the endpoint.

4. An asset of type "Header" previously contributed with a value in the "Project type" field obtained from the same endpoint ("New Technology"), without editing it, it is displayed correctly, but when editing it, the selector shows the following error message:
"There is no data matching value: New Technology table-column-3 oj-flex oj-lg-3 oj-md-3 oj-sm-4"

5. Reviewing the call that OCM makes from the selector, see https://oic-yyyyy.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ic/builder/rt/ItdIntegrations/live/resources/data/ProjectType?q= value='xxxxx', it adds the parameter with the previous value loaded.
If the URL in the browser is accessed by adding the parameter, it does not give values, but if we remove it, it does.
