Edit Resource Screen Looks Weird On Read Only Mode (Doc ID 3009999.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There is a miss-alignment of some fields in the Edit Resource screen. The fields “Org Unit/Bucket”, “Collaboration Group” and “Visible resources” are misaligned when in read-only mode. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The fields should be aligned with the rest of the fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set the fields “Org Unit/Bucket”, “Collaboration Group” and “Visible resources” to read only in the Edit Resource Info screen.
2. Open any resource in the Resources page.
3. Click on the Resource Information tile to open the details.
4. The fields can be observed misaligned.
