Goal
Unable to Submit the Oracle WACS (Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service)Originated Purchase Requisition for Approval
Requisition would initially created in Incomplete status. User manually updates the Justification and manually submit for approval.
Users are getting following errors.
Line 1, Distribution 1: The budget date is invalid because it isn't within the control budget date range. (POR-2010801
Line 1, Distribution 1: The budget date is invalid because it doesn't fall in an open encumbrance period. (POR-2010800)
