Symptoms
When attempting to create another franchise order,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Franchise validation failed. A duplicate order XXXXX exists in the system for this Customer Location, Source Location, Need Date, Item: XXX , XXX, XX-XXX-XXXX, XXXXXXXX.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one franchise order with specific item, location and customer and need date.
2. Try to create another order but getting the error.
