Symptoms
Cloning PDB across BaseDB failed, the job detail shown as the following.
# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/dbcli describe-job -i <Cloning PDB jobID> -l Verbose

Error Code: DCS-12300
Cause: An attempt to clone a PDB from the remote CDB failed
Action: Refer to DCS agent log, DBCA log for more information.
