Symptoms

Reason Code length description error while creating price changes and clearances.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Create a new reason code with description having around 50 characters.
2. Create a new clearance and add the reason code. Note below error occurs.

Value Clearance Price Change for ECOM NO markup applied for field ReasonCodeDesc exceeds the maximum length allowed.
