Unable To Create OTBI Report On Non-Primary Sites For Enterprise Contracts (Doc ID 3010339.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to create an analysis based on this subject area, it has been observed that users are unable to report on non primary billing sites, which previously did not happen. The conditions on which OTBI checks for primary sites are: "PRIMARY_FLAG = 'Y'" OR "PRIMARY_FLAG IS NULL", which is different than the default 'N' the database is attributing.

When re-setting the Primary Flag, the value in the database in not NULL, but it is set to "N". Because of that , in the subject area, the users are unable to catch records that are not primary, as the OTBI generates the following predicates:

( ( (V110190186.PRIMARY_FLAG = 'Y' ) ) OR ( (V110190186.PRIMARY_FLAG IS NULL ) ) )

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

------------------------------------------

Non-primary sites should be captured in the OTBI based on the specified conditions.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

--------------------------------------------

1. Create Subject Area report in OTBI.

2. Unable to capture the non-primary sites.
