Symptoms

Data filtering not properly applied on Purchase Order search.
When data filtering is activated in MFCS and restriction are setup to a user, if that user search for order in search PO screen without any field populated, the result is all existing orders, instead of being the order containing data (Merch and Org Hierarchy) the user has granted access.
