User Currency Preferences are not Working While Trying To Approve the Invoice, the Currency Continues to Display US Dollars (Doc ID 3010525.1)

Symptoms

Preferences for the users are not working, the Invoice currency is always showing US Dollars when the users are attempting to approve the invoice even though the User Preference for Currency is set to Euro's



Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Bulk plan an Order Release into a shipment
  2. Navigate to approve invoice and examine invoice for the shipment
  3. Notice the base cost shows US Dollars ($) - the accessory cost shows in EURO's
