Missing GL Account Combinations in Year Filtered Workbook in Fusion Data Intelligence (Doc ID 3010552.1)

Symptoms

The issue arises when attempting to generate a report filtered by year, as not all GL Account Combinations are displayed. The workbook criteria include selecting 'GL Account Combination' and 'Projects Cost - Quantity' from the Facts from the 'PPM - Project Costs' Subject Area, however, certain combinations are not visible.
