Issue In GL Balance Ingestion Leading To Recon Breaks

Symptoms
Issue Description:
While analyzing the Recon breaks report found below issue
The GL balance is '0' in the recon report however there is some balance in Management ledger.
a. Verified the balances in ERP for these combinations that are showing as 0 in the recon report. Able to see the correct balances in ERP.
b. checked in STG_GL_DATA table in AFCS and for these combinations, there’s no data in the table. That means balance did not get ingested into AFCS.
c. further checked the BICC extracts that are used to ingest the balances in AFCS.
d. There are two main files that are used : AH_GL_Codecombination.csv and AH_GL_Balance.csv
e. The combinations having 0 balance do not have an entry in the AH_GL_Balance file that was extracted from ERP. However, there’s a record in the AH_GL_Codecombination file.
f. There’s a inner join in the AFCS connector between these two files and since, there’s no matching balance record in the balance file, nothing got loaded into AFCS for these combinations.
