Workbooks Open To Blank Page (Doc ID 3010611.1)

When opening workbooks in OAC, the initial page that loads is a completely blank white screen.

The behavior is the same between different browsers and even after deleting the browsing cache.

Using a private/incognito window, the browser also encounters this issue.
