Symptoms
After 24A, users running any payroll processes/reports see an invalid warning message.
Sample examples:
1) The worker XXXXX doesn't meet the catchup age criteria for the deduction to be taken
2) The deduction amount for XXXXX element wasn't populated. Enter a deduction amount.

Changes
Our French/Canadian customers want to be able to run the processes and see anything that’s output in either English or French.
Previously, the system would only ever output messages in the language in which the process was submitted.
