On: MFCS/POM 19.1.012.1, RMS 19.2.004.2.3.28 version

While processing the POSU file from the UPLOADSALES_CYCLE_JOB failed.

The File has failed due to the "Error ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables returned by program unit CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_PRST_SQL.PERSIST_INVC_DETAIL."
