Case statuses Added in Look Up ORA_SVC_CASE_STATUS_CD Are Not Shown in UI



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect case statuses to be visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and maintenance > Manage standard look ups > ORA_SVC_CASE_STATUS_CD
2. Define/create new statuses and enable
3. Go to help desk > cases > case > status
4. none of the statuses are visible.
