Cannot Update Activity Duration Manually (Doc ID 3010848.1)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Cannot update the "Duration" of activities associated to certain activity types via OFS GUI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
===================
User should be able to manually update the duration of an activity.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
================
Cannot manually update the duration of an activity of certain types.

RECREATE STEPS:
===============
1) Open OFS GUI and go to Dispatch console
2) Open the details of an activity
3) Update the "Duration" field and Submit
4) Check that the duration is not updated although no errors are displayed
