Symptoms
When creating a Detection Rule using the Saved Search, an error occurs.
ERROR

Failed to create Rule 'name of rule" invalid value for savedSearchid. Referenced resource not authorized or not found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. O&M ->Logging Analytics -> Administration
2. Search Query -> Create detection rule fails with the following error
3. Failed to create Rule 'name of rule" invalid value for savedSearchid. Referenced resource not authorized or not found
