Symptoms

While creating the negotiation the subsidiary supplier is invited to the negotiation but the supplier contact is chosen of parent supplier. In this case when the surrogate response is created, then the system allows to create the surrogate response: technical by selecting the supplier contact of that chosen of parent supplier. But when same is processed for creating surrogate response: commercial the system does not give any list of values for supplier contact to be chosen, due to which commercial surrogate response can not be created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the OPT IN Allow Parent Supplier Access to Negotiations in Supplier Portal
2. Create a 2 stage RFQ with invited supplier as child supplier and invited contact as parent supplier contact and publish it
3. Close the RFQ and unlock the technical stage
4. Create Technical Stage Surrogate response by choosing the invited supplier contact (parent one)
5. Unseal and complete the technical stage
6. Unlock the Commercial Stage and try creating a surrogate response from Actions > Manage > Create Surrogate Response: Commercial
7. Supplier contact is not available to select and below error comes

"You must complete the required fields or cancel this operation."

8. If we navigate to Suppliers tab and click on "+" icon under Create Surrogate Response, the system allows but if we blank out the supplier and try again then again error comes
