On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Service Request
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A custom smart action is created on the service request. When the smart action is triggered a confirmation message is not shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that a confirmation message will be shown on the SR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom smart action on a service request
2. perform an action to trigger the smart action
3. confirmation message is not displayed

Due to this issue, users are not sure if the smart action is triggered
