Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: When Setting Up a New Classroom Location, the Address POSTAL CODE Shows Multiple Results (Doc ID 3011117.1)

When setting up a new Classroom, the postal code value for certain locations are showing the same value. It would be expected that there should be a unique value for the postal code. Below is an example of this issue:


  1. Go to My Client Groups > Learning >Classrooms
  2. Click ADD
  3. Under Location Details, select "Add a new location".
  4. In the Postal Code area, input the desired code. 
  5. Multiple locations are appearing.
