Error Upon Clicking On The Hyper Link For Commitment Allocation Percent

Symptoms
Users are building a shipment from an order movement and In the Build shipment on Leg- when clicking show options menu on Order movement they get a results screen
On the resulting screen, it shows various options with Commitment Allocation Percentages hyperlink
When the users then click on the "Commitment Allocation %" hyperlink, an error is displayed.
The commitment allocation column values - Example: "0%" "30%" etc. are a hyperlink that should take user to the commitment allocation screen instead the error occurs

The OBJECT pk=for table order_release was not found
Steps to Replicate the Issue
- Navigate to order movements and query a movement from a network routing
- Select a specific Order Movement leg
- Click ACTIONS button then choose -> Operational Planning -> Create Shipment
- The results screen will appear
- On the results screen, scroll to the right to find the commitment Allocation column and then click on any percent hyperlink
- The error then occurs
