Using Inventory Properties in Outbound Message

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Attempting to add an inventory property in the suspend message scenario does not display.
Message Scenario: Suspend Activity
Step: Step 1b. Notify SAP Pending
Only inventory property data is not displayed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That all data is intended in the request

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Attempt to add inventory to a suspended activity via API

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot see the necessary inventory on a suspended activity.
