NSAW | Sales Order Dataset Transaction Line Facts Not Showing (Doc ID 3011216.1)

Goal

User reported that the dataset "NETSUITE - SALES ORDER" contains facts (Fact - Sales Order -> Transaction Lines) that are not being populated. Currently, they can’t create KPIs that use line fields like item most sold. Per further checking, their Pipeline Refresh is on time as Last Refresh Date is just dated today Feb 14. Also the said fields, do have values populated in NetSuite, hence, they expect that these values also appear in NSAW reports.
