Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
When running a Primavera Analytics Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) ETL, the following error occurs in the ODI logs:

'ODI-30183: Unable to connect to REST service after 3 retry attempts. REST URL: https:///data/rest/dataservice/runquery...'

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
When running a Primavera Analytics OPC ETL, the ETL completes successfully without error.
