Item Scanned During Receiving Intermittently Removed From Container When Saved (Doc ID 3011408.1)

On : 23.2 version, Shipping Receiving

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Items scanned from a container with a certain qty are not saved with the correct Qty when the same item is rescanned into the container.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All items already scanned should remain in the container after saving.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to SOCS
2. Create a Transfer Document with 5 items to be shipped from Store A to Store B
3. Save the shipment. Container has 5 SKUs with total qty = 20
4. Open the Container and scan an item that is not in the document.
5. Scan Item A that is not part of the container. Item has 0 Inventory , 1 unit added. 100673462
6. Scan Item B that is not part of the container. Item has 0 inventory, 1 unit added. 100671320
7. Scan Item C 100671338 1 unit
8. Scan Item 100671320 from Step 6 again multiple times (4 units)
9. Go Back and Save the container . 8 SKUs 26 Qty
10. Select yes on 'Save Confirmation' dialog
11. Select yes on 'Remove Empty Line Items Confirmation' dialog.


Container is saved with 7 SKUs Qty = 25

Item scanned in Step 7 has been removed from the container.
