Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
This issue occurs when setting up fields to be auto-populated from the Shell Attribute form on the Business Process (BP) upper form. For example, in a generic "Meeting Minutes" BP, set up auto-creation from two different projects and in the I-step. Add the Data Element(DE) "Project Number" to be auto-populated from the Shell Attribute form. For some records the Project Number is not being auto-populated with the right Project Number.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------------

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Go to the BP(for example: "Meeting Minutes" BP),the BP record is auto-created and in I-step.
  3. There are 2 projects: Project A - Project number is "XXX", Project B - Project number is "YYY".
  4. Open the Meeting Minutes record 001 from Project A, can see the Project number is auto-populated as "XXX" which is correct.
  5. Open the Meeting Minutes record 002 from Project B, can see the Project number is auto-populated as "YYY" which is correct.
  6. Accept record record 001 in Project A, see that Project number shows "XXX" which is correct.
  7. Accept record record 002 in Project B, see that Project number shows "XXX" which is incorrect, the correct value should be "YYY"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-------------------------------
The issue is only occuring in some BP records, whereas in other records the Project Number is populated correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
The Data Element which is configured for auto-population from the Shell Attribute form should auto-populate the current shell information.
