Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A rent miscalculation is occurring within a Lease Contract Business Process after an upgrade to version 23.9.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the index rate escalation to honor the setup of the Lease.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted project.
  2. Observe the Lease Contract Business Process and the lease details.
  3. Observe the Index rate was escalated at a different time than the specified date in the Lease settings.
