Blank Space Not Allow In GET Calling

Symptoms
BML URLDATA function fails when there's a space in the endpoint.
For example:
url = "https://site.bigmachines.com/bmfsweb/site/image/New Folder/Hello.txt";
Following error is returned:
[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.util.UrlEx.readUrl(UrlEx.java:582) - <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
