Goal
As per the document - How to Manage Failed WebHook Messages Automatically (Doc ID 2817180.1), Resend action from Service Operations Tab will add these messages to a queue for resending. But these messages are not processed immediately and involves a lot of delay. Is there a way to reduce this delay in OCCS.
