Symptoms

ITEM_LOC_SOH.UNIT_COST changes is being Published to SIOCS.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.When there is a change for the UNIT_COST in ITEM_LOC_SOH table , the same is being published to SIOCS.

2.SIOCS does not have a DB column that capture ITEM LOC UNIT COST concept.

Expectation: Remove publishing ITEM_LOC_SON.UNIT_COST changes to SIOCS
