Satisfaction Event Is Not Created For One-time Priced (Sale Price) Products When Created From Order Management (Doc ID 3011707.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Between Order Management and Subscription integration the Sales Orders that are having one time price items in order management despite the Order Management line being complete and the subscription being activated, there are no satisfaction events for any of this type of line in Revenue management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Satisfaction Event To Be Created For One-time Priced Items As Well

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create new order

2. Create ASN details and submit -> navigate to 'Transaction Details' screen and click on 'Enter Serial Number Range' button, populate mandatory data and submit =>Confirmation pop-up appears that the lines has been created.

3.  Navigate to 'Schedule Processes' and submit process 'Process Pending and in-Error Genealogy and Installed Base Transactions'

4.  After the Orchestration process is completed and the subscription is created and activated

5.  Ran the following ESS jobs:

-> Validate Customer Contract Source Data

->Identify Customer Contracts

-> Send Subscription Revenue Information to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud

6. Navigate to Revenue Management -> Tasks -> Manage Customer Contracts -> Search by Source Document

7. Click on the result -> tab 'Promised Details' -> Satisfaction Events are not generated for one time events
