When User Creates a BP Record Log View a Browser Refresh Is Required to Reset the Filters (Doc ID 3011758.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Business Process record log view the "Active records" filter is automatically added. When the system is refreshed the filter is not selected as expected.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier as user in question.
  2. Navigate to Shell/project in question and select Create New View from the view dropdown.
  3. Do not select any filters and create the view.
  4. Notice that the view is only showing active records.
  5. Refresh the browser and the view is working as designed with correct filters displayed.
