Symptoms
The user is not able to login into the Visual Builder application in the Test instance even though it is assigned these required roles:
ServiceAdministrator, ServiceDeveloper, or ServiceUser Roles on the VB Service Application.
Additionally, the user was also added to the Fusion Identity Provider as mentioned in this document.
