SR Status To Change To Resovled/Closed By Standard ESS Jobs Not Captured In Change History (Doc ID 3011825.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SR status to change to Resovled/Closed by standard ESS jobs not captured in Change history


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Status should be captured in Audit history

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the SR in Waiting Status
2. Auto_Set_Resolved days is set as 1
3. When the SR changes to Resolved by ESS job its not showing in the Audit history
The same is working in Demo instance which is on 24 A but not not on Test or Prod which is on 23 D
