Domain Grants in OTM Not Respecting the Grants Provided and Behaving Incorrectly (Doc ID 3011846.1)

Symptoms

OTM customer has created two custom User Roles in two different Domains. They are trying to access data from one domain to another. Thus, they have configured the Domain Grants across those two domains.

They were unable to see some of the granted data of one domain from the other one. Hence, the Domain Grants were not working as per expectation.
