Goal

On : NA version, Help Desk

Unable to update related object with an internal note

When using the action Update Related Objects, unable to Compose an internal note.
The error ‘Couldn’t save related item’ appears.

Steps:
1. Create relationship to another SR
2. Action bar> update related objects
3. Compose internal note
4. Write message
5. Save
6. Error message appears
