Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to update a position, the following error occurs:

The value of the attribute RequisitionTemplateId isn't valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to My Client Group > Workforce Structure > Position Details.
2) Entered the position code and searched for it
3) Then in the Position page clicked on Actions > Update Position
4) Changed the Effective date to desired date and entered the new Parent position
5) Click on Submit button
6) The Error pops up as "The value of the attribute RequisitionTemplateId isn't valid".
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot made needed updates to positions.
