Shipment Hyperlink Is Not Opening From Service Provider (SERVPROV)

Symptoms
Customer created a custom Screen Set as a copy of SPOT_BID_SERVPROV. They updated the Column for "Shipment ID" to hyperlink by adding BUY_SHIPMENT to the Query ID on that column in the Screen Set configuration.
When searching with this Screen Set and clicking on the Shipment hyperlink, the following error is encountered:
The value XXXXXX entered for field Shipment ID does not match a valid record.
