Goal

The user is running a bursting definition to run a report and place it under a Library root folder in the Excel format.
It runs successfully and generates the report and places an .xlsx file as desired.
A Migration Snapshot is subsequently taken, downloaded locally, and a copy of the .xlsx file from the bursting report is needed to save in a folder on the local server for further use in Excel.
This file is not usable as it is in XML format and seems to be encrypted, not allowing the conversion from XLS to readable or usable in Excel as required.
