ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

cum_markon_pct holding value whereas HTD_GAFS_RETAIL is Zero
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
cum_markon_pct should be 0 value whereas HTD_GAFS_RETAIL is Zero
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load one transaction (RTV) process to week_date
2. Next day load another trancation (Make sure the sum of retail of both transcation same as initial inventory on the week)
3. Notice HTD_GAFS become 0 bit CUM_MAKON_PCT is has the value
