Goal

The customer has set up a new UOM for 'PC' (pieces) which they want to be smaller than Unit (for items that come in packets and they split the packets up. eg splitting pill strips).

They have set up the UOM with 10 PC = 1 EA but they can't enter in pieces into Inventory adjustment (and other screens) and also can't enter 0.1 EA.
