LIG is not displayed when the user clicks on a Modify Action (Doc ID 3012209.1)

Symptoms

When the user clicks on an Action (any Modify Type action), while the action is still executing, the user expands the Panel which contains the LIG, and the LIG is never loaded.

The issue is also reproducible, if the user clicks on the TAB which contains the LIG while the action is getting executed.
