Symptoms


Service provider email character limitation

In the service manager, under Communication and remarks, the Email Address field is restricted to 50 characters. As a result if the email id is greater than 50 characters, it cannot be updated

In the Contacts, however, there is no restriction on the number of characters in the Email Address
