Purchase Order Contract Terms Variables Are Not Copied To Change Order Terms (Doc ID 3012435.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Purchase Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Purchase Order contract terms variables are not copied to change order
When user create a change order (example: Change order for a Standard Purchase Order) contract variables that were entered as part of the original version are cleared / gone. Meaning, the version of the Purchase Order is not in synch with the version of the contract terms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The variables should be available in change order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Purchase Order
2. Add Terms
3. Populate Variables
4. Approve Purchase Order
5. Create new Purchase Order version
6. See variables values are blank and you cannot populate them again
