Custom Replenishment Template displays error incorrectly
Upload Replenishment Attributes from File
When entering the dates in an incorrect format the error is displayed incorrectly - even when the date is displayed correctly in the spreadsheet, the background data in the text box is incorrectly formatted as DD/MM/YY.
The cell needs to be formatted as text and the date entered in DD-MMM-YYYY

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Create a Custom Replenishment Template and upload via Upload Replenishment Attributes from File with the date cell formatted as Date DD-MMM-YYYY
note the errors displayed are 'Scheduled active date should not be before current date.' and 'The Active Date must not be before today.'
Correct the date cell to text format and enter the same date and the upload does not error.
