Symptoms
Installing a Management Agent fails with following error:
# rpm -ivh oracle.mgmt_agent.240229.1733.Linux-x86_64.rpm

Checking pre-requisites
Checking available disk space for agent upgrade
Current agent run-as-user is root
Current user group is root
root is not the default user, checking if required environment variables are set
RUN_AGENT_AS_USER=mgmt_agent contains an unexpected value
Expected RUN_AGENT_AS_USER value to be root, exiting
error: %pre(oracle.mgmt_agent-240229.1733-1.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
