ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are getting an error when trying to submit a Contract, which contains the item in a different status other than "Active" for Approval.

"The Inventory Item for Line 1 is inactive"

- Submit the Contract, with the line item present, for approval
- Get the error.
