"ORA-00942: Table Or View Does Not Exist" Error When Using MFCS APEX after Data Refresh (Doc ID 3012603.1)

Symptoms

On: MFCS/RMS 19.3.022 version


A data refresh was recently completed for MFCS. After this was completed, some MFCS APEX users lost access to query any tables in the MFCS. When running SQL queries in the MFCS APEX, you get an ORA-00942 error.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Login to MFCS APEX
2. Click SQL workshop
3. Click SQL Commands
4. Enter SQL query with a valid MFCS table
5. Run query
6. The error message 'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist' is shown
